Where do we deliver?

We deliver throughout the UK Nationwide. If there is an issue with your UK postcode please email hello@primefeast.co.uk.

When do we deliver?

We deliver Tuesday - Saturday 9 am - 6 pm via a DPD. Your order will be with you before 6.00 pm on your delivery day, freshly wrapped in a fridge pack.

When is the order deadline?

We need you to place your order by 12 pm for next day delivery.

How much is delivery?

Local Delivery (inner M25) and Nationwide Delivery - £7.50

Do I need to be in when my order is delivered?

Yes, we would need someone to be in to receive the delivery as we trade in perishable goods that need to be stored under 8°C. If you have any issues and will not be in to receive your delivery, please let us know via email hello@primefeast.co.uk

f you should order alcohol or an item such as a steak knife a person of 18+ must be there to receive the goods. Identification for the driver may be required.

Will I receive any delivery notification or tracking code?

You will receive an email notification to confirm your order and your delivery day

Can I collect the order myself?

No, we do not currently offer a Click and Collect service.
