Where do we deliver?

We deliver within M25 radius at the moment.
If there is an issue with your UK postcode please email hello@primefeast.co.uk.

When do we deliver?

We deliver Thursday - Saturday 9 am - 6 pm via Primeur. Your order will be with you before 6.00 pm on your delivery day.

When is the order deadline?

We need you to place your order by 12 pm two days ahead of the delivery day.

How much is delivery?

Free of charge.

Do I need to be in when my order is delivered?

Yes, the driver won't be able to leave your order in a safe place.
If the driver will miss you, he will leave a card to rearrange your delivery.
If by any chance your plans should change, please let us know in advance.
 
Important: The products should be to be stored in a fridge immediately after delivery and consumed before expiry date displayed on each product.

If you should order alcohol a person of 18+ must be there to receive the goods.
Identification for the driver may be required

Will I receive any delivery notification or tracking code?

You will receive an email notification to confirm your order and your delivery day.
On the day of delivery you will receive a confirmation with an ETA.

Can I collect the order myself?

No, we do not currently offer a Click and Collect service.
